Apart from saving one year, what are the other benefits
of pursuing the Executive MBA Program?
As the name itself indicates the 1-year Executive MBA Program is meant
for candidates with work experience of 5 years and above in an executive
position, whereas the 2-year MBA Program is mainly meant for fresh students,
generally without any work experience. Basically both the programs cover
almost same subjects in the area of business management. However, the
Executive MBA Program is more intensive because of the greater levels
of maturity of the candidates. Hence the same subjects are covered within
one year, without any compromise in the program structure. The pedagogy
used in the Executive MBA Program is more oriented towards the case studies,
faculty-student interactions, and other interactive processes. The focus
is more on practical applications rather than a pure theory. Keeping
in mind the candidates’ background of work experience, we have
designed the virtual class-room interactions at a different level to
draw from the experience of the candidates. In the Executive MBA Program
great emphasis is given to the self learning.

any internship, as the candidates already have work experience of five
years and above.

MBA Program. Thus there will be no compromise, abridgement
or curtailment of any of the courses in Executive MBA
Program compared to Regular MBA Program.
